Attio

What is the Attio Connection?

The Attio connection links your Attio CRM workspace to Duvo, enabling your assignments to manage contacts, companies, deals, tasks, and notes on your behalf. You connect your Attio account once, and your assignments can then read and write CRM data as part of automated workflows.

What Can It Do?

The Attio connection provides actions that allow your assignments to:

  • Manage contacts and companies: Create, update, search, and retrieve records for people and organizations in your workspace

  • Track deals and pipelines: Create and update deal records, move opportunities through pipeline stages, and monitor deal progress

  • Create and complete tasks: Add tasks to contacts or deals, and mark them complete as workflows progress

  • Log notes: Attach notes to records to capture context, meeting outcomes, or relevant information

  • Search and retrieve records: Find existing contacts, companies, or deals to use in downstream workflow steps

Why This Matters

Sales, partnerships, and customer success teams use Attio to track relationships and opportunities, but keeping CRM records current requires constant manual effort. The Attio connection lets your assignments maintain that data automatically—creating records from inbound leads, updating deal stages as workflows execute, and logging notes so your team always has an accurate picture of their pipeline and relationships.

When to Use It

Use the Attio connection when your assignment needs to:

  • Capture inbound leads: Automatically create or update contact and company records when new leads arrive from other tools or workflows

  • Update deal stages: Move deals through your pipeline based on external events or workflow outcomes

  • Log follow-up tasks: Create tasks linked to contacts or deals so nothing falls through the cracks

  • Enrich records: Append notes, activity summaries, or relevant context to existing contacts and companies

  • Pull CRM data: Retrieve contact or deal information to drive follow-up communications, reporting, or other automated processes

How It Works

After connecting your Attio account, your assignments can interact with your CRM workspace using your credentials and permissions. Include Attio actions in your assignment's SOP to specify what records to create or update, and how that data flows through the rest of your workflow.

Key Benefits

Automated CRM hygiene: Keep contact and deal records accurate without manual data entry after every interaction

End-to-end sales workflows: Connect lead capture, deal tracking, and follow-up tasks in a single automated process

Consistent record-keeping: Ensure notes and activities are logged the same way every time, regardless of who runs the workflow

Reduced admin overhead: Let assignments handle routine CRM updates so your team can focus on building relationships

Cross-tool visibility: Combine Attio data with other connections to build richer workflows and reporting

Works Well With

  • Slack or Microsoft Teams: Post deal updates, new lead alerts, or task reminders to sales or partnership channels

  • Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel: Export contact or deal data into spreadsheets for pipeline reporting and analysis
