## How It Works

When your assignment reaches a Human in the Loop checkpoint, it pauses and presents you with the relevant information and a request for approval or input.

**During live jobs**: The prompt appears directly in the job window's session log. The assignment stops and waits for you to review the information and tell it how to proceed through the run-time prompt.

**For scheduled jobs**: Requests appear in your Activity Inbox, where you can review and respond to all pending approvals in one place.
