# Scheduling Assignments

### Introduction

Assignments can be scheduled to run automatically at regular intervals. This ensures your workflows execute consistently without manual intervention—perfect for recurring tasks like daily reports, weekly inventory checks, or monthly reconciliations.

### How to Schedule an Assignment

1. **Open your assignment** in the Duvo workspace
2. **Click "Schedule Assignment"** (or the calendar icon)\

3. **Toggle "Enable Schedule"** to turn on automatic jobs
4. **Select a frequency** from the dropdown menu:\

### Managing Schedules

**Viewing status**: Assignments with active schedules display a "Scheduled" badge.

**Pausing or changing**: Toggle "Enable Schedule" off to pause, or select a new frequency to adjust timing. Changes take effect immediately.

**Monitoring**: Each scheduled job appears in your assignment's session log so you can track performance over time.
